Channel Week update - tough race from St Quay to Brixham
After one of the most memorable stops in St Quay, which looks set to be a mandatory stop for future Channel Weeks, the fleet were served up a west veering north west wind gusting upto Force 7 pretty much the whole way. It is testomony to the quality of the fleet that all 22 boats that started in Lymington is here at Brixham this evening.
Overall result
The race was won by Solan Goose of Hamble with Paddy Cronin on Psipsina second and Rob Cragie third on Jbelino. This did little to sort things out for the overall IRC positions as each of these boats are now level at 5 points when they lose the one allowed disgard to date.
Class Results.
Class 1: 1st Solan Goose of Hamble 2nd Jbelino 3rd Ding Dong
Class 2 : 1st Psipsina 2nd Diablo J 3rd Fasttrack IIV
