Dave shares Race Officer duties with Kirsteen Donaldson, and is primarily responsible for course setting, conducting race starts & finishes, and monitoring the fleet during the race. Then there is also the race results to compile, calculating any redress, conducting protests (fortunately not a common event in SORC) and keeping top of World Sailing compliance and rules.
